Themed Weddings- chosing colors

Themes can incorporate any or all of the following areas.
One very useful way to approach your wedding color scheme is to look at the colors that are available in bridesmaids’ gowns. If some gown shade appeals to you, it becomes the “known quantity” (the color you know you can base other color choices on), then you can either match or contrast your flowers and other decorative details to that color. Often this simplifies the color scheme process in comparison to trying to choose colors “out of your head”.
